Edward Cordasco, Master Gunnery Sergeant, U.S. Marine Corps (retired) is a strategic thinker and serves as a catalyst for change with over with over 30 years of experience in education and human resources industries. Dedicated and driven to produce high-quality results and proactively solve problems in diverse and dynamic environments.

Edward holds a Master’s in Education emphasis in Curriculum & Instruction, a Bachelor of Arts in Historical & Political Studies, and is a Certified Professional Resume Writer. He has vast experience in C3 operations, project management, LSS, and Combat Operational Stress Control program.

Served as Director of HR, Academics Director, Operations Manager, Adjunct Faculty, Recruiter, OSCAR Master Trainer, and a Career Coach.

Additionally, he is a Resilience-Building Leadership Professional (RBLP) Trainer and is the only RBLP Authorized Training Partner in Arizona.
